-Is Client Privacy and Information Protected?

It is our top priority to provide strong security and give you confidence that your information is safe. Confidentiality & privacy is one of our main priorities and it is part of our VIP services. We never disclose or sell your information for advertising or publicity. 

-What are the health measures?

We want you to have the time of your life, but most important is for all of us to stay safe (Staff, Partners and Travelers). With our local knowledge and also new health and safety measures and protocols, we will continue to do our best and to ensure you enjoy your adventures and to stay clean and safe.This will evolve as time goes on and as we continue to monitor our local public and general health recommendations. Clients will be assigned rooms that has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We also use and offer hand sanitizer and face masks when it is required by law or other establishments. Clients are advised to take the proper precautions and to practice physical distance and stay away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, waiting for elevators, or moving around. We encourage you to wear a face mask and wash your hands and use hand sanitizer frequently.

-What kind of Identification is required and why?

Our VIP clients and their Guests must have their legal documents and identifications like: Valid state issued ID, birth certificate, passports and/or travel documents. Primary guest/Person who has made the reservation must have his/her identification docs like the physical check, credit or debit card etc… that was used during their booking process. Identification must match client’s used method of payment. This will be used for hotel check-in/out purposes and also to prevent fraudulent charges and Identity theft. We go above and beyond to serve and protect our clients and their personal information.

-Is travel insurance necessary?

We are not affiliated with any insurance companies and we do not sell or offer trip insurance coverage in any of our trip packages. Clients are responsible to buy their own travel insurance for the duration of their trip. Our company suggests that you do that right after your trip bookings and make sure that your insurance policy will cover you / your guests for the entire trip length. Don’t forget to email us a copy of your insurance policy and declaration page (no later than 5 days after your booked trip). 

-How many guests on each trip package?

We are committed to provide high quality services that is well led. Our concierge services are offered for small groups (usually 2-10 guests) to ensure access to places overlooked by larger groups and to give you plenty of personal space.  To ensure the quality of our services and also 100% client satisfaction, we don’t overlap,”double book” reservations. If you are planning a trip for more than 10 guests, contact us for availability.

-What is included in hotel suites?

Concierge services and many other VIP services and amenities are always included. This is based on clients selected VIP package and other special requests. Our staff will arrange the rooms with varieties of snacks, fun treats like: chips, chocolate, cookies, fruit & cheese platter, variety of soft drinks, ready made gourmet coffee cans, tea, flat and sparkling water, sugar, honey, champagne, wine, liqueur bottles, Ice, Plates, cups, glasses, silverware, salt and pepper and much more. -What primary services do you offer?

We offer full VIP concierge services. Base on your selected VIP packages, your other special requests and availabilities, we will arrange and personalize everything like: your trip planning, private Jet & helicopters, limo services and other ground transportation, VIP hosts, personal assistants, luggage services, bodyguards, room setups, catering, Private chef, chef made food, VIP BBQ, VIP drinks and bottle service, butler services, VIP tour guides & site scenes, outdoor ventures, hiking, horseback riding, skydiving, boat and jet skies, fishing trips, dune buggy, VIP casino games & VIP rooms (slot/tables),VIP betting arrangement, night life, bars, clubs, cigar lounge, show tickets, indoor/outdoor malls and Personal shoppings, baby and pet sitter and more.

-What are the rates of your services?

We offer 5 different VIP packages. To view, compare & customize a package, click on our VIP Packages.We require a small deposit to start planning your trip. If client booking is confirmed, we will credit this deposit amount toward the total cost of your trip. *Book with confidence! if the trip is not confirmed or canceled within 5 days after the deposit is made, this deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE. -What is the best way to modify or cancel a trip?

To avoid penalties and other fees, call or write to us via our Contact Us page and within the first 5 days after any trip bookings. We can change and modify anything or issue a FULL REFUND. For more information, visit our Terms and Conditions  page.

- Are there penalties for restaurants or activities reservation cancelations/No show?

In general No but some places do require deposits and credit cards to make and hold your reservations (they may charge a fee for cancellations, late and no show).All of your arrangements & reservations are made ahead of time so we can ensure and guarantee your access to specific restaurant, event or venue. Keep in mind that securing a new reservation on a short notice or during your stay may not be possible.
